Lemons: A Country Garden Cookbook was the first in a series
created by Collins Publishers San Francisco (now HarperCollins Publishers).
Featuring recipes that focus on the use of fresh ingredients, this cookbook
is illustrated with over forty of Kathryn Kleinman's superb photographs.
Her stunning use of natural light and beautiful country settings helped to
secure this book the 1994 James Beard Foundation Award for Best Food Photography.
Images from Lemons were chosen by both Communication Arts and Graphis to include
in their prestigious Photo Annuals.
